It is actually proudly found and owned by the public listed company on SGX main board – Best World International Ltd (“BWL”), so you may stay tune for the products to be Made in Singapore once the smart factory with Industry 4.0 technology is ready for production in the near future.

From the map below you can see the locations of BWL office/branch in some countries, you may purchase the skincare products personally there but I would suggest to do it online at this moment. Other than those countries with BWL offices/branches, BWL is now shipping to many other countries also including US, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Brunei, Indochina and etc, with free shipping for order above a certain sum via its official website and app depends on the country you live in. The company bears all risks on the shipment, if any, which makes this business truly hassle free for its distributors!

In Malaysia the shipping rate is RM7 to West Malaysia and RM25-30 to East Malaysia for purchase below RM1,900 by May 2024. Which skin type is DR’s Secret/Aestier suitable for?

DR’s Secret/Aestier is fully customisable up to your skin type. Yes, no matter your skin is oily, combination or dry, as long as the usage, dosage and steps are adjusted accordingly, it will work well on any skin.

If you are having acne skin, dehydrated or sensitive skin, we always recommend that you reach out to a trusted skin buddy so you can always clear your doubts along the journey to achieve healthier skin. This is also why DR’s Secret/Aestier is different from the OTC products, they do not follow up after sales.

Do I have to buy the products from 1-10?

Of course NOT, again it is really up to your skin condition and your concern. Just an example if your skin is very sensitive, you must not use 2,3,4,7,8 before “fixing” your skin barrier. The priority always go to moisturization, eventually only you add the products step by step into your skincare routine to achieve a more radiant skin if you want to. It’s all in your hands.

However, if your skin is normal then your regimen can definitely be “upgraded” weekly. In this case, since the starter set is discounted then why not you just grab them all first? You will not want to spend extra dollars on shipping to wait for other products to reach you probably 3 days in Singapore, or longer in other countries, will you?

Products 1-10 are playing their unique roles individually on our skin, they are designed to work optimally with each other. Can I just buy 1 or 2 products first?

You are the boss! You decide what and how to use DR’s Secret/Aestier on your skin at the end of the day.

Just be fair that 1 or 2 products may not be adequate to completely solve your skin problems, and it will not work as effective as 10 products to achieve for results you see from the Before & After DR’s Secret photos you found on the internet.

How long can a set of products last?

The products are packaged in different sizes as you can see from the pricelists I shared earlier, which actually aims to keep different ingredients as fresh as possible in their own designated container.

If you are using all products in day and night routines, the cleanser, moisturiser and aquaboost may last for 5 weeks, skinlight, skinrecon, C essence and spot serum can be gone really fast within a month, whereas the toner, emulsion and refining serum may last longer (I just heard from a friend that 90ml refining serum could last for 6 months!). So it is still very much depending on your frequency and usage method.

Is that time consuming to apply all the 10 products?

After cleansing, you can apply the products immediately over each other with no waiting time as how they are formulated to be complementary to each other. As Dr Doreen Tan shared before, it is normal for face to feel soaking with skincare. No patting/rubbing/tugging is required.

The only exception is the sunscreen, you may want to wait for 2-3 minutes after the daytime routine so your skin is less wet when you apply it. The whole routine from cleansing to sunscreen (day) or serum (night) can be done in less than 10 minutes after you get used to it.

Understand how mommies may feel when reading this, I think this is really personal as some actually take it as a part of me time and some really find it a struggle to make it a daily habit. I am somewhere in between of the two extremes, LOL!
